7MM STW WITH BARNES X
The following loads were developed in Remington 700 custom rifle; with a Hart 26 inch fluted stainless steel barrel. A jewel trigger was installed and the rifle was bedded into a classic McMillan synthetic stock. I built this rifle for myself, and as the Barnes X is my own favourite hunting bullet, I decided to shoot only those in it. I tried the Sierra 130 Match King bullet in one of the groups, just to see how it would shoot. And as usual with this bullet, it shot extremely well.
