Testing The Effects Of A Silencer On Both Velocity And Accuracy

Our test rifle is a Ateyer Mannlicher Varmint Pro rifle chambered for the 223 Remington cartridge

All groups were shot off the bnench at 100 yards. A Leupold 6.5-20X scope was installed on it.

An Oehler Model 35P was used for the chronograph tests.

Results in black are without a silencer.

And ones are in red are with a silencer
