Alan holding the liver of our kogoni. The trackers and game scout love to grill it
Our lunch meat from the kongoni. Cannot be any fresher, healtheir or more delicious. The best way to cook meat!
These knives are designed by Tim Wegner, and made by his company, Bladetech. Tim is a wonderful person to do business with.
We saw this waterbuck from a distance, and got closer to see if he shootable. Alan decided he was, and we managed to shoot him.
Alan,Neoni and Robert are heading out to collect the waterbuck, which is lying close to the other bank
A few views of the river
In the distance you can see Alan and his crew by the waterbuck

We are following the fresh tracks of a herd of buffalo. Their droppings were stick warm
A buffalo herd is feeding just beyond the green tree
Caught up with the herd eventually in this sandy river bed
Ready for the bull toget clear
What every hunter likes to see when following a buffalo he had just shot. Frothy lung blood. In this case, we did not need to follow our bull, as he dropped in sight.
About the right place to put a shot on a brodside bull.
One can understand why buffalo get cantankerous sometimes. With so many ticks on your crown jewels, one would tend to loose his sense of humor
I was amezd at the variety of ticks. Some are quite beautiful to look at really
A proper and hard boss, civered in tree bark from rubbing
The photographer caught in the act
A happy crew after a successful hunt
We got a visit from several of these crows at the buffalo kill
We are trying to get Neoni to learn to take pictures
Preparing to load our bull into the truck. We had to dig for the tyres, and to avoid getting stuck in the soft sand, branches were added.
Worked like a charm
