From far away I thought this line in the snow was a man made avalanche barrier. But, upon closer inspection is seems that is where the avalanche started.

Hessa enjoyed the hikes as much as we all did. Some days our hikes were a bit too long for her, but, with a promise of an ice cream she found more energy to continue.

This is Max. We found him in a sports shop in Zermatt. Apparently he spends all his day in this box.

I wonder how the people living there get to this house?
