A Visit With Old Friends
April-May 2011
Our friends, Roy, Rene and Alan Vincents came over for a few days.
We have an enormous number of green iguanas, 2 days before they arrived I shot 16 of them at our croc pond!
When Alan came, he was given the job of thinning them out, with Hessa's assistance.
Hessa, Faith and friends are trying their best to drown Alan.
A Ph caught red handed! Shooting from the truck!
Hessa drove Alan around the yard in her golf buggy
BBQ time
Roy at his favorite pastime, reloading and shooting.
Roy shot these targets with one of our Remington 40X rifles in 308 Winchester. All are different loads, so he decided this rifle is a keeper
Relaxing with "TV dinners". Each one gets a tray, and sits to enjoy the show.
Enjoying cool water melon from the garden
Roy and Alan enjoy shooting so much that we had the floor covered in empty brass.
So I thought I will give them something else to shoot. Here they are shooting .25 caliber pistols, with Alan saying "if one is not careful one can shoot his own fingers off with these!"
Enjoying lunch with Walter at the mall
